If your account application is declined Plastic will keep this personal data for 5 years from the decision. If your account is subject to any dispute or complaint it will keep personal data relating to this issue for 6 years from the case being closed. Plastic shall keep staff HR-related personal data of employees and consultants for at least seven years. Plastic shall keep emails of clients and prospective clients for as long as it has a legitimate interest to do so.
