The Role

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and solutions-focused Producer to join our team in London.
This is a broad, hands-on production role working across our full client roster.
You’ll help deliver creative campaigns, branded content, film, animation, AI-assisted production, localisation and production shoots globally.
You’ll need to be confident moving between clients, creatives, budgets, schedules, suppliers, crew and post-production teams.
One day you might be managing a multi-market asset rollout; the next, sourcing local crew or production partners for an international shoot.
This is a client-facing role, so we’re looking for someone who cares about the client experience as much as the production detail.
Calm under pressure, clear in communication, and able to keep things moving when timelines, briefs or priorities change.

What you'll do

  • Produce and support creative campaigns, branded content, film, animation, social content and post-led projects
  • Help shape production approaches from brief through to delivery
  • Coordinate workflows including transcreation, subtitles, VO recording, versioning, approvals and QC
  • Help source and manage local crew, suppliers, kit, locations and production partners
  • Support budgets, schedules, permits, call sheets, risk assessments and shoot documentation
  • Act as a trusted day-to-day contact for clients, agencies, suppliers and internal teams
  • Keep projects on brief, on budget and on schedule

What you'll bring

  • Solid production experience across creative content, branded film, post-production, localisation and live action
  • Strong project management, scheduling and budgeting skills
  • Good understanding of production and post-production workflows
  • Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines
  • Confidence interpreting briefs and helping shape the right production response
  • Good knowledge of localisation workflows, including transcreation, subtitling, VO, versioning and QC
  • Experience working across multiple languages, markets or delivery formats
  • Practical knowledge of shoot planning, supplier management and production logistics
  • Strong communication, negotiation and client management skills
  • A calm, collaborative and hands-on approach

Essential Requirements

  • Strong production experience, with a minimum of two industry references
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders
  • Experience across creative production, post-production and/or localisation
  • Strong attention to detail and a practical, can-do approach
  • Flexibility around deadlines, shoots and changing schedules
