Preserved for the Future: Plastic Pictures Films Enter the BFI National Archive

Going into the weekend, we wanted to share a huge milestone for Plastic Pictures.

A selection of our films has been officially accepted into the British Film Institute (BFI) National Archive for permanent preservation.

Every writer, director, editor, crew member, and partner who helped bring these stories to life, this is a testament to the power of creative collaboration.

We’re deeply grateful to our clients and collaborators whose trust and ambition have shaped the pioneering, perceptive, and persuasive ideas at the heart of our work.

A special thank-you to Patrick Russell and the team at the BFI for recognising the cultural and creative value of these films.
